FOURSITE

It stays yours until you stop answering.

Foursite locks FOURS to your presence. Every check-in resets the clock. Miss enough of them and the hook lets it go to whoever you named, without asking twice.

What happens between locking it and losing it

I

You lock it

Deposit into a vault, name who it goes to, and choose how long your silence has to last before that matters.

II

You check in

A short call, however often you like. Each one resets the clock to zero. Nothing else about the vault changes.

III

You go quiet

Past the threshold, the hook stops recognizing you as the owner. The position moves to whoever you named, on the next swap that touches it.

Overview

A vault is a Uniswap v4 position holding FOURS, with an owner, a successor, and a length of silence it can tolerate. Nothing about how the position trades changes. What changes is who the hook will let touch it, and that depends entirely on when you were last heard from.

Checking in

A check-in is one small on-chain call. It doesn't move funds or announce anything. It just updates a timestamp the hook reads before letting any swap through. As long as that timestamp stays recent, nothing about the vault is unusual at all.

Going quiet

Every swap against the vault runs through FoursiteHook, which checks how long it's been since the last check-in. Inside the threshold, it behaves like any ordinary pool. Past it, ownership quietly reassigns to the named successor, and the next swap settles under their terms instead.

There's no announcement when this happens. The chain doesn't send a notice. It's just true, the next time anyone looks.

Contracts

Four pieces. Two you'd touch, two you wouldn't.

Risks

None of this is live. A threshold set too short can hand a position to a successor while its owner is still very much around. One set too long defeats the purpose entirely. Read the source before you'd trust it with a timeline that matters.
